His portfolio covers policy areas from trade, commerce to telecommunications and broadcasting, and from promotion of intellectual property and consumer protection to boosting inward investment. Before joining the Government, Mr Yau held key managerial positions in the aviation and logistics sector. He was Chief Executive Officer of Greater Bay Airlines, and prior to this, Chief Executive Officer of Cathay Dragon, Executive Director of Cathay Pacific Board, and Director Service Delivery of Cathay Pacific. Mr Yau managed different aspects of business operations throughout his career in the private sector, and also served on various advisory bodies of the Government. Mr Yau holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Transport and Logistics from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Criminal Law from the Law School of Sun Yat-sen University.She joined the Macao public service in 1999 as a senior officer at the Labour Affairs Bureau. From November 2013, she successively served as head of the Research Section in the bureau’s Research and Information Technology Department, head of the Labour and Employment Rights Section in the Labour Inspection Department, head of the Labour Inspection Department, and deputy director of the Labour Affairs Bureau.In June 2020, she was appointed deputy director and subsequently named director of the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau. In May 2025, she was appointed director of the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau.In 2024, she was appointed a member of the Electoral Affairs Commission for the Sixth-term Chief Executive Election of the MSAR. In 2025, she was appointed a member of the Electoral Affairs Commission for the Eighth Legislative Assembly Election.

He served as Vice President (Vice Minister) and Senior Research Fellow of DRC from 2015 to 2020. He is a part-time doctoral supervisor at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, professor of Renmin University. He graduated from Nankai University in 1989 with a PhD Degree in Economics. After that, he worked at the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) for more than 20 years and took the posts as Executive Vice President of Academy of Macroeconomics Research and Deputy Secretary General of NDRC. From 1993 to 1994, he had been a visiting scholar at the Department of Applied Economics of the University of Leuven in Belgium. He has been engaged in research on macroeconomic policy, strategy and planning for long. He has published more than 200 academic papers and theoretical articles on important journals both at home and abroad, authored and co-authored more than 10 books. As an expert he enjoys special government allowance. He has won many awards for outstanding research achievements.

His professional career includes extensive experience in the U.S. Government, including the U.S. Congress staff, and the White House staff. From 1981–85 he served in the U.S. State Department, as officer for Asia on the Policy Planning Staff, as Special Adviser for Policy in the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, and as Deputy/Ambassador-at Large for Pacific Basin affairs. From 1985–88 he served as U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of Energy for International Affairs. Dr. Randolph holds a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center, a Ph.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts and Harvard Universities), a B.S.F.S. from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service, and studied at the London School of Economics.

With a career dedicated to the research,design,and operation of HVDC transmission technologies, Mr. Rao has led the complete design of 11 major HVDC projects. His development of China's fully independent, full-set HVDC design technologies has enabled the resolution of key technical challenges regarding the safe operation of large-scale AC-DC power grids. Pioneering numerous UHV VSC-HVDC technologies, he has played a pivotal role in supporting and facilitating the construction of CSG's "8 AC and 11 HVDC" West-to-East Power Transmission corridor.

His distinguished contributions have earned him numerous prestigious accolades, including one First Prize and one Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, as well as four First Prizes of provincial and ministerial Science and Technology Progress Awards. Additionally recognized for his scientific and technological progress, he is the recipient of the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Prize, the honor of "National Outstanding Engineer Team" the National Innovation Pioneer Medal, and the IEEE Uno Lamm High Voltage Direct Current Award.

He currently serves as the Director of the Ibero-American Center for Research in Science, Technology, and Innovation (CIICTI). He served as Argentina’s Minister of Education, Science, and Technology during the presidency of Néstor Kirchner. He also served as a national senator for the City of Buenos Aires from 2007 to 2013, and as a national deputy for the City of Buenos Aires from 2017 to 2019. Between 2019 and 2021, he held the position of Secretary for the Malvinas, Antarctica, and the South Atlantic—a role he had previously occupied from January 2014 to December 2015 under the title of Secretary for Affairs Related to the Malvinas Islands (with the rank of ambassador) within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship. From 2021 to 2023, he served as the Minister of Science, Technology, and Innovation for the Argentine Republic. He was also a member of the UNESCO Executive Board.

Deng Presidential Chair Professor, Dean of School of Public Policy, and Director of the Institute for International Affairs, Qianhai, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. He is the Editor of The Asian Review of Political Economy (Springer-Nature) and Editor of China Policy Series (Routledge). He was a Lecturer in the Department of Politics and Public Administration of Peking University; Research Fellow and Senior Research Fellow of the East Asian Institute, National University of Singapore; Professor and Research Director of the China Policy Institute, University of Nottingham; Professor and Director of the East Asian Institute, National University of Singapore. He was a Fellow of the US Social Science Research Council-MacArthur Foundation and a John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation Fellow. Professor Zheng’s main research interests are international relations, China’s foreign policy, China’s domestic transformation and its external impact. He has authored and edited some one hundred books, including more than a dozen monographs in English. He has published numerous research papers in academic journals. He previously served as Professor and Associate Dean of Lingnan College at Sun Yat-sen University, Assistant to the President of Sun Yat-sen University, and Dean of the Institute for Advanced Study in Social Sciences. He has also been a visiting scholar at the University of Leicester in the UK, the Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies at Harvard University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also serves as Director of the Economic Committee of the CPPCC Guangdong Provincial Committee and President of the Guangdong Economic Association. Professor Wang's primary research fields encompass institutional economics, regional economics, industrial economics, and the theory of the firm. Renowned for bridging macroeconomic theory with regional industrial practice in South China, he was among the pioneering Chinese scholars to conceptualize "specialized towns" (zhuanye zhen) and lead systematic empirical research on industrial clusters. He has served as Principal Investigator for more than twenty national research initiatives, including Major Bidding Projects in Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, as well as grants funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the National Social Science Fund of China (NSSFC).

Prior to her current role, Dr. Luo served as Deputy Director of the Research Center for Xi Jinping Thought on Economy and Deputy Director of the Department of Research Management at CAMR. Her primary research areas focus on Xi Jinping Thought on Economy, the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), the development of higher-standard open economic systems (institutional opening-up), and the optimization of regional opening-up strategies. As a prominent policy advisor, she has contributed extensively to the drafting of key national strategic documents and policy frameworks. She has directed numerous high-level consulting and policy initiatives that received official endorsements and commendations from central leadership. Dr. Luo has published dozens of academic and policy papers in leading peer-reviewed and national journals—including Red Flag Manuscript (Hongqi Wengao), China Economic & Trade Herald, Study and Research, and Northern Economy—and has authored several major monographs, such as A Study on the Collaborative and Win-Win Mechanisms and Countermeasures for Rural Revitalization and New Urbanization. Her research has been honored with multiple provincial and ministerial-level awards for outstanding research achievements.

Dr. Lee joined Our Hong Kong Foundation in January 2023 as President. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts (Honour) and took her Ph.D from Australian National University. Dr. Lee is active in public and community service. Currently, she is the Deputy Secretary-General of the Hong Kong Coalition, Council Member of the Chinese Association of Hong Kong & Macao Studies of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, and Chairman of the Advisory Committee of Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She also serves as Supervisor of SKH Lui Ming Choi Secondary School and Macau Anglican College; Chairman of Board of Trustees of the True Light School of Hong Kong. She sits on the Council of St. John’s College of the University of Hong Kong and the Board of Directors and Council of Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education. Before joining OHKF Dr. Lee was Director of the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui (Anglican) Welfare Council and Deputy Director of HKUSPACE. She was the Founding Chief Executive of Hong Kong Policy Research Institute and now still serves as a member of its Board of Directors. She was the founder of Social Enterprise Summit in 2008 and chaired the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund Task Force (2018-2024). Dr Lee has authored / edited a number of books on topics including social enterprise, public administration, public sector reform, and education. She has also published dozens of book chapters and articles in academic journals.

柳智毅博士，现任澳门特别行政区第八届立法会议员、澳门经济学会理事长、澳门大学策略及规划办公室主任。柳博士多年来积极参与澳门社会工作和学术研究，长期对澳门经济社会问题进行研究、建言献策。他深耕澳门经济、人力资源及高等教育研究等领域，撰写和发表与澳门经济及人力资源相关的专著30多本，研究论文200多篇，多项研究被评选为优秀成果，并得到特区政府的高度重视和采纳。柳智毅博士，現任澳門特別行政區第八屆立法會議員、澳門經濟學會理事長、澳門大學策略及規劃辦公室主任。柳博士多年來積極參與澳門社會工作和學術研究，長期對澳門經濟社會問題進行研究、建言獻策。他深耕澳門經濟、人力資源及高等教育研究等領域，撰寫和發表與澳門經濟及人力資源相關的專著30多本，研究論文200多篇，多項研究被評選為優秀成果，並得到特區政府的高度重視和採納。Dr. LAO Chi Ngai currently serves as Member of the 8th Legislative Assembly of the Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR), President of Macau Economic Association, Director of Strategy and Planning Office of University of Macau. Dr. Lao has been actively involved in public affairs and academic research in Macao for years, providing strategic advice on Macao’s economic and social issues. Specializing in Macao's economy, human resources development, and higher education, he has authored and published more than 30 books in the fields of Macao economy and human resources, and more than 200 academic research papers that have been selected as outstanding achievements and received high attention and adoption from the MSAR Government.

He is also a member of the Expert Group of the Chief Executive’s Policy Unit of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, a member of Expert Group of the Shenzhen Government, a member of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Council on Financial Sector Cooperation, Chairman of the Hong Kong Institution for International Finance, and Editor-in-Chief of the Hong Kong International Finance Review. Xiao received a B.S. in System Sciences and Management Sciences from the University of Science and Technology of China and MA and PhD in Economics from University of California at Los Angeles. Professor Xiao’s research and practice have focused on macroeconomics, international finance, capital markets, enterprise reform and productivity, urban development, and U.S.-China relations. Over last few decades Professor Xiao has held positions in key academic, policy, regulatory, and business institutions, including Professor of Practice and Director of the Institute of Policy and Practice at the Shenzhen Finance Institute of CUHK-Shenzhen, Professor of Practice in Finance at Peking University HSBC Business School, Professor of Practice in Finance and Public Policy at the University of Hong Kong, Director of the Columbia University Global Center Beijing, Head of Research and Advisor to the Chairman of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.

He also serves as a member of the Expert Committees on the 14th Five-Year Plans of Guangdong Province and Shenzhen Municipality, a Decision-Making Advisory Committee member to the Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government, and Vice President of the Guangdong Association of Hong Kong and Macao Economic Studies.

His research focuses on regional economics, international trade, and regional cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. He has led research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, including Key Programs, and major projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China. He has also contributed to the formulation of major policy documents, including the Overall Plan for the China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone and the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

She has served as Principal Investigator for multiple Key Projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). A prolific researcher, Professor Wang has authored and edited more than ten academic monographs—including her seminal work, Spaces of Innovation: Industrial Clusters and Regional Development—and published over 200 academic papers across prominent Chinese and international peer-reviewed journals. In international academic governance, she served as an Executive Committee Member of the Commission on the Dynamics of Economic Spaces under the International Geographical Union (IGU). Throughout her career, Professor Wang has been deeply committed to advancing cross-border scholarly exchange and collaborative dialogue in the fields of industrial clustering and regional economic transformation.

He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Zhengzhou University School of Law, followed by his Master of Laws (LL.M.) and Ph.D. in Law from Renmin University of China. He joined the faculty of Tsinghua University School of Law in 1995. His conducted visiting research at the Faculty of Law of The University of Hong Kong and serving as a Fulbright Senior Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School. He was appointed by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPCSC) as a Member of the Committee for the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region, and as a Member of the Committee for the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2006. He formerly served as Director General of the Department of Law of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Hong Kong SAR. In local governance, he served as a Deputy to the 14th Beijing Municipal People’s Congress. In judicial consulting and professional governance, Professor Wang serves as a Special Supervisor to the Supreme People’s Court. He also serves as an Executive Council Member and Academic Committee Member of the China Law Society, President of the Research Association for the Basic Laws of Hong Kong and Macao, and President of the China Case Law Research Association. His primary research fields center on constitutional law, administrative law, and the Basic Laws of the Special Administrative Regions.

He has long been responsible for China Southern Power Grid’s medium- and long-term corporate and power planning. His research has received provincial, ministerial and higher-level awards, including recognition for outstanding achievements in enterprise reform and development in China. He previously served as Deputy General Manager of Guangxi Power Grid Company, Deputy General Manager of China Southern Power Grid’s Strategic Planning Department, General Manager of its Beijing Branch and General Manager of its Emerging Business Department. He has more than 30 years of practical and management experience in new power systems, corporate development planning and strategic emerging industries. He has represented China Southern Power Grid at numerous high-level academic and policy events and published a signed article on the World Economic Forum (WEF) website, presenting Chinese approaches to the green and low-carbon transformation of industrial clusters. He actively promotes think-tank cooperation and exchanges between the institute, universities, and research institutions in China and abroad.

He currently serves as a Member of the Committee for the Basic Law of the HKSAR under the National People’s Congress Standing Committee, Member of the Legislative Council of the HKSAR, Member of the Commercial (Third) Subsector of the Election Committee of the HKSAR, Member of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Chief Strategy Officer of China Resources Group (Greater Bay Area), Director and Vice President of China Resources Enterprise, Independent Director of Bank of Guizhou, and Chairperson of the Basic Law Foundation. He is also Chairperson of the CDC Standing Committee on Values Education of the HKSAR Education Bureau, Chairperson of the Hok Yau Club, and Member of the Court and the Council of the University of Hong Kong. In recognition of his contributions to Basic Law research and education, Dr. LEE was awarded the Medal of Honour (M.H.) in 2016, elected one of the “Hong Kong Ten Outstanding Young Persons” in 2017 and was appointed Justice of the Peace (J.P.) in 2019.

Scott Marcus is an economist, engineer and public policy analyst. He is an Associate Senior Research Fellow in the Global Governance, Regulation, Innovation and Digital Economy (GRID) Unit at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) and a Professor (part-time) and member of the Scientific Committee of the Centre for a Digital Society, European University Institute (EUI / RSCAS). He also works as an independent consultant dealing with (regulatory) policy regarding electronic communications. He has served as a Director of the WIK (a German research institute in regulatory economics), as Senior Advisor for Internet Technology (an advisor to the Chairman) at the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at the internetworking arm of GTE (a large US-based telecommunications service provider, one of the two firms that merged to form Verizon). Marcus is the author of numerous economics, public policy and engineering papers, and of a book on data network design. He has published and spoken on a wide range of aspects of European digital policy. He holds a B.A. in Political Science (Public Administration) from the City College of New York (CCNY), and an M.S. from the School of Engineering, Columbia University.

She served in 2024-25 as the first Korean Country Representative for Korea in the Asia Foundation’s history until leaving due to the US policy shift. Kyungjin has served the ROK Government in various capacities. She currently serves a member of the Policy Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on economic diplomacy. She was an advisor to the ROK Prime Minister, 2025-26 and a member of the Policy Committee of the Seoul Metropolitan Council, 2024-26. She worked, 2008-09, as special assistant to the Special Economic Adviser to the President in the President’s Office. She served, 2009- 11, as special adviser to the Chairman of the Presidential Committee for G20 Seoul Summit. She worked, 2004-08, in the Ministry of Finance and Economy as foreign press spokesperson. Kyungjin is Korea’s coordinator for the Korea-India Strategic Dialogue sponsored by the respective foreign ministries. In 2011 Kyungjin was awarded the Korean Government’s Order of Civil Service Merit for her outstanding achievements. Kyungjin writes monthly columns on diverse issues including foreign and economic affairs, technology, and global governance. Kyungjin studied at the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Boston University and the University of Kansas.

He currently serves as Research Director of the Belt and Road Hong Kong Centre and the Bay Area Hong Kong Centre. Professor Wang previously served as Head of the Department of Geography at The University of Hong Kong (HKU). His core research specializes in transport geography, with particular emphasis on Chinese port development, port-city spatial relationships, and urban transit systems, expanding in recent years into cross-border e-commerce logistics and supply chain networks. Professor Wang has published over 40 academic papers in leading journals and is the author of several influential monographs in both English and Chines. He serves on the editorial boards of five leading international journals, including the Journal of Transport Geography and Transportmetrica. Professor Wang serves as a Steering Committee Member of the International Geographical Union (IGU) Commission on Transport Geography, an Executive Council Member of the Hong Kong Society for Transportation Studies (HKSTS), and a Chartered Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong (FCILT). A senior policy advisor on infrastructure and regional integration, Professor Wang has directed and contributed to more than 40 urban and regional planning projects across the Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong, focusing extensively on port logistics and intercity multimodal transport across the Greater Pearl River Delta. His advisory roles include the European Port Research Centre, the HKSAR Government Planning Department, the Guangzhou Municipal Transport Committee, Shanghai municipal transportation authorities, and the Shenzhen Urban Transport Planning Center. He has held academic appointments as Visiting Professor at the China Academy of Urban Planning and Design (CAUPD) and Guest Professor at Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School.

She was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University in 2011 and 2016. She also serves as a Special Researcher at the Guangdong Research Center for Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, a Strategic Decision-Making Expert for the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, an expert at the Guangdong Research Base for Hong Kong, Macao and Overseas United Front Work of the China United Front Theory Research Association, and a member of the Chinese Association of Hong Kong and Macao Studies, among other appointments. She has published more than 30 academic papers in leading Chinese and international journals. Her books include A World-Class Economic Zone: A Study of the Development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Report on the Innovation Capacity of National High-Tech Zones in China, and Research on the Labor Market in China’s Pearl River Delta Area. His research explores science, technology, and innovation policy to address energy, environmental, and sustainability issues, such as climate change, biodiversity, and the circular economy. He is particularly interested in investigating emerging critical technologies, including AI and smart cities, and their implications for public policy and governance. He received B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tokyo, M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology, and Ph.D. in Economics and Policy Studies of Innovation and Technological Change from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. His appointments include Honorary Associate Professor in the Department of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Public Policy at University College London, Visiting Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Tokyo, and Visiting Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Environmental Studies at Tohoku University.

He is based in Singapore and works on the ASEAN Power Grid, critical minerals, and just transition in Southeast Asia. Previously, Mirza was Lead Researcher at the Climate Change in Southeast Asia Programme of the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute where he focused on cross-border energy interconnections and energy transition. He has a PhD on International Energy Cooperation from the University of Queensland. Mirza’s latest publication is ‘Clubbing in the Anthropocene? The geopolitics of climate clubs and critical minerals’ (Global Sustainability, February 2026).

廖世军，广东云韬氢能科技有限公司研究院院长，华南理工大学二级教授、博士生导师。英国皇家化学会会士、国务院政府特殊津贴专家、广东省燃料电池重点实验室创始主任、华南理工大学化学学院创始院长、湖北省楚天学者特聘教授（2009年入选）、国际电化学能源科学院理事。曾担任华南理工大学应用化学系系主任、理学院副院长、化学学院院长，广州现代产业技术研究院燃料电池开发中心主任，广州市氢能产业联合会秘书长，广东省新能源汽车咨询专家，广州市氢能专家委员会副主任委员。廖世軍，廣東雲韜氫能科技有限公司研究院院長，華南理工大學二級教授、博士生導師。英國皇家化學會會士、國務院政府特殊津貼專家、廣東省燃料電池重點實驗室創始主任、華南理工大學化學學院創始院長、湖北省楚天學者特聘教授（2009年入選）、國際電化學能源科學院理事。曾擔任華南理工大學應用化學系系主任、理學院副院長、化學學院院長，廣州現代產業技術研究院燃料電池開發中心主任，廣州市氫能產業聯合會秘書長，廣東省新能源汽車諮詢專家，廣州市氫能專家委員會副主任委員。Professor LIAO Shijun is a Distinguished Professor (Level-2 Professor) and Doctoral Supervisor at South China University of Technology (SCUT), and serves as Dean of the Research Institute at Guangdong Yuntao Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC) and a recipient of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council, he is a leading authority in electrochemical energy conversion, fuel cell catalysts, and hydrogen energy systems. He serves as the Founding Director of the Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Fuel Cell Technology and a Board Member of the International Academy of Electrochemical Energy Science (IAEE). In 2009, he was appointed a Distinguished Professor under Hubei Province’s prestigious Chutian Scholars Program. He has made significant contributions to academic leadership and institutional building at South China University of Technology, where he served as Founding Dean of the School of Chemistry, Associate Dean of the College of Science, and Head of the Department of Applied Chemistry. In addition to his fundamental research, he plays a central role in clean-energy strategic planning and industrialization across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. He serves as Director of the Fuel Cell Development Center at the Guangzhou Modern Industrial Technology Research Institute, Secretary-General of the Guangzhou Hydrogen Energy Industry Association, Vice Chairman of the Guangzhou Hydrogen Energy Expert Committee, and an Advisory Expert on New Energy Vehicles for the People’s Government of Guangdong Province.

He previously served as an elected Member of the Southern District Council representing the Pok Fu Lam Constituency, before being appointed Special Assistant to the Chief Executive’s Office and subsequently Political Assistant to the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs. In September 2015, he was appointed Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, becoming the youngest official of under-secretary rank within the HKSAR Government’s political appointment system at the time. In June 2017, he stepped down from government office to pursue advanced studies at Harvard University. Mr. Chan joined The Hong Kong Jockey Club in February 2019, initially serving as Executive Manager for Mainland Affairs. In July 2023, he was promoted to Head of Mainland Affairs. In this capacity, he leads and coordinates the Club’s strategic development and operations across the Chinese Mainland, spearheading Guangzhou–Hong Kong and Guangdong–Hong Kong equine industry collaboration—notably the operation of Conghua Racecourse and the broader Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area equine industry ecosystem—while directing strategic liaison and institutional partnerships with relevant Mainland authorities.

As part of his work at OHKF, he conducts policy research on various aspects, including economic and technology development, fintech, green finance, biotechnology, gerontechnology, art innovation and social innovation. Over the past few years, his research teams have published a number of market-leading reports to promote Hong Kong’s development from various perspectives. Kenny was also invited to speak at different international, national and local forums and seminars, and meanwhile has published articles in newspapers to promote policy implementation. Prior to joining OHKF, he was responsible for a variety of research work in different organisations, including the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and also worked as a Statistician in the HKSAR Census and Statistics Department. He is also a graduate of The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Mathematics and a Master of Philosophy degree in Economics. He is currently a member of the Steering Committee of the Gerontechnology Platform and actively offers advice for the Platform’s development.
